WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
When purchasing items from Designer Harsha, we want you to feel completely at peace. All purchases may be returned for a complete refund within seven days after delivery. Subject to the following restrictions and limitations, the refund money will be refunded back into the bank or credit card account.
- All items returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Product should not be broken or tampered with by customer
- You cannot return the product for damage claims unless you send us the Unboxing Video along with your return request. Please ensure you take a Unboxing Video upon receipt of the product.
- We are not accepting returns if a customer stitched or customized the dress.
Although we try to give you the best possible service, please contact us at designerharsha.in@gmail.com if you are unhappy with any of our products. To address your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We accept returns within 7 working days with the original packaging and invoice copy.
What is the cost of shipping and what are the return fees?
- Shipping is free of charge within India.
- Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers may ship the product back to us with tracking information at designerharsha.in@gmail.com for orders shipped. The customer is responsible for paying the non-refundable return shipping and customs fees.
- Refund will be executed once the product has been returned to our warehouse and a quality check has been completed.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 working days to process.
- On-Demand refunds can also be given in the form of store credit.
